崗位職責
崗位職責：
1. 全案設計，主要負責方案設計、初步設計、施工圖設計的全面籌備與制作工作；
2. 方案平面布局設計能力強，有從平面方案出發(fā)，具備效果圖設計、整體設計方案的能力，熟悉水、電氣、空調及消防系統(tǒng)等；
3. 主持完成設計匯報、現場交底、問題答疑及設計質量、效果的監(jiān)控；
4. 負責設計項目的現場尺寸量取，了解現場狀況落實材料選樣、定樣、封樣及編制材料表熟悉造價成本的調控；
5. 對項目的工程施工進行設計監(jiān)督，參與項目的用料確認和現場調整后續(xù)執(zhí)行。
任職資格：
1. 本科及以上學歷，藝術設計、室內設計等相關專業(yè)，具有三年以上專業(yè)室內設計工作經驗；
2. 熟練操作PPT，CAD，PS，3dmax，Lumion，Enscape等相關繪圖、渲染、建模軟件及辦公軟件；
3. 熟悉目前國內外裝飾行業(yè)的發(fā)展和流行的裝飾做法、有很強的設計方案及效果把握能力；
4. 把握設計效果能力強，有很強的設計理念及獨到藝術見解；
5. 有職業(yè)道德，高度責任心，思路清晰，有良好的溝通與組織協(xié)調能力；
6. 熟悉工程工藝做法及裝飾材料且有較高的談判能力；熟悉室內裝飾行業(yè)現行材料、工藝及國家標準要求；
7. 具有酒店、豪宅、別墅設計經驗者優(yōu)先；
8. 接受項目駐場安排，現場配合施工方答疑。
