崗位職責(zé)
崗位職責(zé)：
1、參與初步及概念設(shè)計(jì)方案；
2、在項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)過(guò)程中提供室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)方案；
3、協(xié)助內(nèi)部與外部顧問(wèn)設(shè)計(jì)工作；
4、參與施工圖制作的流程計(jì)劃及細(xì)節(jié)監(jiān)管；
5、對(duì)項(xiàng)目的工程部分進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)監(jiān)督，參與項(xiàng)目的用料確認(rèn)和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)整后續(xù)執(zhí)行.
任職資格：
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷，建筑、室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè);
2、至少擁有3-5年室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)的經(jīng)驗(yàn), 具有專(zhuān)業(yè)商業(yè)及辦公室項(xiàng)目室內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3、具有很強(qiáng)的概念設(shè)計(jì)和技術(shù)文本能力，把握設(shè)計(jì)效果能力強(qiáng)，有高度創(chuàng)作熱情及具備較強(qiáng)的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神；
4、具有很好的組織和溝通能力;
5、熟練操作AutoCAD、InDesign、Sketchup、PS等相關(guān)繪圖軟件及辦公軟件；
6、流利口語(yǔ)和書(shū)面英語(yǔ)和中文(粵語(yǔ)、普通話).
Responsibilities:·
Prepare
project brief. ·
Createinitial
and concept design solutions.·
Develop
interior design solutions through to tender.·
Prepare
presentation, design development and tender drawings.·
Coordinate
design work both internally and with that produced by externalconsultants.·
Ensure
high design standards are maintained on all projects.Requirements:·

or degree in Architecture or InteriorDesign·
At
least 3 -5 yearsInteriorDesign experiencein retailindustry·
Strong
conceptual design and technical documentation skills·
Strong
organizational and communication skills, good follow up and as well as being an
excellent team player are absolute essentials·

dynamic and mature personality and ability to demonstrate effective
communication and organization skills·
Knowledge
of AutoCAD, SketchUp is a must and InDesign is preferred·
Fluency
